Local Plan consultation is launched
A PUBLIC consultation has started across West Dorset, Weymouth and Portland about the councils' joint Local Plan Review.
The Local Plan sets out a long-term planning strategy to meet future development needs.
It covers important issues such as where housing could be built and what infrastructure may be needed.
It also looks at how the environment can be protected and how future developments can be made more sustainable.
Both West Dorset and Weymouth and Portland councils are reviewing the Local Plan and would like to know what you think.
