Residents Winter Parking Permits |
At the Policy Committee meeting held on Wednesday 21st October 2009, members resolved to once again offer free winter parking in Woodmead and Cabanya car park to Lyme Regis residents. This year, all Lyme Regis residents paying their council tax to Lyme Regis Town Council/West Dorset District Council (not East Devon District Council) are entitled to a permit. To obtain your permit, please bring your council tax bill and a document showing the car registration (DVLA documents or insurance paperwork will show this) to the Town Council offices for your permit. If you have difficulty accessing the offices, you can submit your documents by post and we will send you a permit. Permits are available to collect from the 26th October 2009 and the period of free parking is from the 1st November 2009 to the 31st March 2010. Permit holders are reminded that although the permits are written in permanent ink, they can fade, so please return any faded permits to the office where a replacement will be issued. |
