The Town Council has a dedicated tourist information website for visitors to Lyme Regis.

Lyme Regis Tourist Information Centre is situated underneath the Town Council Offices and is a service provided by West Dorset District Council.
Lorraine Knowles works as the Manager of the Lyme Regis TIC branch which aims to provide up-to-date information on activities and attractions around the area. They distribute the "Pearl of Dorset" brochures advertising local businesses and attractions for the forth-coming season as well as dealing with various enquiries.
As part of their West Dorset District Council duties, they provide stickers and bags for local businesses' rubbish along with recycling sacks for private individuals too.
