APPOINTMENT OF A
FULL TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
37 HOURS PER WEEK
A vacancy will shortly arise in the Town Council Offices for an Administrative Assistant to undertake a range of office duties. Working as part of the Town Council team, the role is varied and rewarding.
The successful applicant will be expected to be flexible, able to communicate effectively and manage telephone and reception enquiries from local residents and visitors. He/she will need to be computer literate (experience of using web editing software an advantage but not essential as training will be given), and numerate as well as having excellent problem solving skills and an ability to multi task.
Salary scale: SCP 9 – 11 £13,062 to £14,197 (national pay award pending).
