Operations Manager

Full-time, 37 hours’ per week

Salary: SCP 33-37 (£29,323 - £32,486) 

Lyme Regis Town Council is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic person to fill the role of operations manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the repair and maintenance of the town council's properties and open spaces and any other properties managed by the council.

They will also manage up to 20 staff in the external works' team and external contracts to ensure the effective maintenance and development of the council's properties and outdoor spaces.

This role also involves acting as the lead officer for one or more council committee.
