Administrative Assistant
Part-time, 2 days a week, Mondays and Wednesdays
Salary – £25,989 to £27,254
The council is seeking to appoint an administrative assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the council, members and staff, and act as a first point of contact to the public.

Property and Projects Assistant
37 hours per week
Salary scale SCP 17-22
£31,022 to £33,699
Lyme Regis Town Council is seeking to appoint a property and projects assistant to ensure its commercial and other assets are managed and utilised to maximum benefit, including the renewal of leases and the review of rents charged.
The postholder will also work alongside the deputy town clerk to ensure projects and objectives are delivered on-time and within budget, that the council operates in accordance with legislation, and its approved policies are implemented.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Some experience of property-related work would be advantageous, but not essential.
