The nearest train station is Axminster, with main services from Waterloo to Exeter, and bus links to Lyme Regis from Axminster station.

Buses

Lyme Link Bus 

The Lyme Link bus service officially began operating on 7 May 2025 and is fully funded by the Town Council, this free service is designed to improve local transport options, making it easier for residents to travel around the town with convenience and ease.

The service currently runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:00am and 4:00pm, except on bank holidays and during a two-week Christmas break from 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. 

To better suit the winter months, the timetable will change on 31 October. From this date, the bus will continue to operate on the same days - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - but with slightly reduced hours from 9:00am to 2:30pm.
