Concessions and busking
Seafront concessions
We offer various seafront concessions which may operate between March and October each year on the beach, seafront or gardens. They are usually granted for one or three years.

SEASONAL SEAFRONT CONCESSIONS
Lyme Regis Town Council invites tenders for food and drink vendors to operate on the Marine Parade or in Langmoor and Lister Gardens. The concession could be either static or mobile.
The concession can start immediately and operate until the end of October 2025.
This is a one-year trial for 2025 and its continued operation will be reviewed for 2026 onwards.
Tender forms and conditions of operation can be downloaded below or are available on request from adrianne.mullins@lymeregistowncouncil.gov.uk
Tenders must be returned by email to the address above by 5pm on Wednesday 7 May 2025. Applications will be considered at a council meeting on Wednesday 14 May 2025.
The council reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.

Busking
We allow buskers to perform at specific locations on the seafront and in the gardens.
You will need to apply to the council for a permit, which is valid for six months, and inform us in advance when you would like to busk. Two passport-sized photographs are required for the permit.
The three busking locations are: Cobb Gate end of Marine Parade, opposite the performance area (Marine Parade Shelters), and junction of Langmoor and Lister Gardens.
