The Social Prescribing Team will be holding a drop in event in collaboration with Carer Support Dorset for carers to coincide with Carer’s Rights Day on Thurs 24th November. The event will run from 10.00am – 2.00pm.
It is primarily for patients registered at the Lyme Regis and Charmouth surgeries, but as a drop in event they won’t be turning people away.
