The next Repair Cafe Lyme Regis takes place on Saturday 16 August, from 10am to 1pm at the Boat Building Academy, and it's set to be bigger and better than ever.
Residents are invited to bring along broken items for repair, including bicycles, small electrical appliances, lamps, wooden furniture, laptops, sewing and textiles, toys, and now jewellery, thanks to the arrival of brand-new volunteer Angela joining the team.
Alongside the usual free repair service from the skilled volunteers, this month's cafe will host a special fundraiser and sale.
A lawnmower, a strimmer (both sharpened and PAT tested), and a selection of garden tools have been kindly donated to raise funds to keep the cafe running.

The highest bidder will be announced at 12:45pm.
