NOTICE of a town council election has been given today (20 April) and if contested, a poll will be held in May.
Dorset Council is inviting nominations to elect one new member to Lyme Regis Town Council.
Nominations must be hand delivered to the returning officer at County Hall in Dorchester by 4pm on Thursday 28 April.
Nomination papers can be downloaded from the Electoral Commission website.
If there are two or more candidates, the poll will take place on Thursday 26 May.
