Dorset Council has issued a Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Windsor Terrace, Lyme Regis, between its junction with Woodmead Road and number 10, a distance of approximately 75 metres.
The closure will come into operation on 22 September 2025 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 26 September 2025.
The closure will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway investigation works.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed section.
