WHAT projects and ideas would you like Lyme Regis Town Council to implement?
The council is speaking to the local community about the projects and ideas it is hoping to implement from 2023 and beyond.
Councillors have some of their own ideas but they also want to hear the public’s suggestions.
The mayor, Cllr Michaela Ellis said: “Understanding the community’s thoughts and views on these objectives is extremely important to the council as it will help us to prioritise what we do.
“Community feedback will enable us to provide a better service to the town and ensure we are all working towards the same aims.”
The consultation opened on 4 August and will close on 30 September.
The public can respond to the survey online or paper copies are available at the council offices.
Councillors will also be carrying out focused consultation with local groups, including at the Talking Café in Halletts Court, at the Seaside Store and the Community Café.
They will also be visiting the children at St Michael’s Primary School to hear what they have to say.
The council has proposed nine projects to progress from 2023 onwards and has also asked the community to give their own suggestions.
