The Planning Committee meeting scheduled to take place on 14 July has been cancelled. However, 3 planning applications will be considered by email and the town council’s views sent to Dorset Council.
Those 3 applications are:

Location: 56 Broad Street Lyme Regis DT7 3QF
Proposal: Strip and Recover Slate Main Roof
2. Application No: P/VOC/2026/03224
Location: 60 Fairfield Park Lyme Regis DT7 3DS
Proposal: Erect rear single storey extension and install rooflight
3. Application No: P/LBC/2026/03667
Location: 40 Church Street Lyme Regis DT7 3DA
Proposal: Minor internal works to divide the building into two houses
Anyone wishing to comment on any of these applications may do so either to the town council or Dorset council or both.
Comments made to the town council should be sent to mark.green@lymeregistowncouncil.gov.uk by no later than noon on 15 July, Alternatively, call 01297 445175 and ask for Mark Green, who will make a note of your comments and inform members of the town council’s Planning Committee prior to their comments being made.
