There is plenty of family fun happening at the Town Mill all summer long. The mill will be open every day, and it is free entry!
This August, there is a special three-day event taking place, dedicated to children finding out all about the flour milling and baking with the flour milled on site at the mill.
There will be daily flour milling demonstrations, when you will get to see the millers at work!
You can see the huge water wheel turning and there will be activity sheets for children to fill in as they explore around the mill.
There are easy bake family recipes to take away and try at home, or while you are on holiday, and an opportunity to try some summer bakes while on site, with tastings available daily.
The event runs from 11am to 3pm daily. No booking is required and entry to the mill is free of charge, but please consider supporting the mill and the charity with a donation and shop purchase before you go!
