TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS, LYME REGIS FOR LYME REGIS REMEMBRANCE PARADE

DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit the use of the following roads by cyclists, horse riders and all mechanically propelled vehicles, except those taking part in the event and emergency vehicles, to facilitate a public event on the highway.

On Sunday 09 November 2025, the following restrictions will be imposed;

Phase 1 between 0930 and 0955, temporary road closures on;

[1] Broad Street in its entirety.

[2] Bridge Street in its entirety.

[3] Church Street from its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Anning Road.

Phase 2 between 1040 and 1115, temporary road closures on;

[1] Church Street from its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Anning Road.

[2] Monmouth Street in its entirety.

[3] Coombe Street from its junction with Monmouth Street to its junction with Bridge Street. [4] Bridge Street in its entirety. There will be no signed alternative route for traffic on this occasion.
