Biography
Alan Jefferies previously worked as a gardener/maintenance person and an enforcement officer for the council, but was appointed as an amenities assistant in May 2025. He is part of the team which manages the council’s mini golf, table tennis and putting green in the Lister Gardens. His role involves issuing tickets and equipment, taking payments, helping the public, and keeping the amenities’ area clean and tidy.
