Biography
Naomi Cleal joined the council as finance assistant in October 2014, became assistant finance manager in April 2020 and was appointed the finance manager in January 2022. Her responsibilities include preparing the council's annual budget, producing monthly management reports, carrying out the council's year-end processes, managing bank reconciliation, VAT records and other monthly control accounts, monitoring and advising on the council's cash flow and financial investments, and managing insurance.
