An incredible achievement - 26.2 miles for Pancreatic Cancer UK
We're so proud!
Everyone at Lyme Regis Town Council would like to say a huge congratulations to our assistant town clerk, who successfully completed the London Marathon on Sunday in support of Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Not only did she take on one of the world's most demanding endurance events, but she did so while recovering from injury. A true testament of her dedication, resilience and strength of character.
Her fundraising efforts have been nothing short of outstanding, with an incredible £4,612 raised so far for a cause that means so much to hers, and to so many other families.
Running a marathon is a remarkable achievement in itself, but to do so while overcoming personal challenges and raising vital funds for charity is truly inspirational.
The entire team at the town council are immensely proud of her dedication and perseverance.
Well done Adrianne - You have done Lyme Regis proud!
