We have received an amended TEMPORARY SERVICE ALTERATION notice from First Bus which relates to The Street in Charmouth being closed 28th and 29th of September 2026 for Wessex Water to do sewer repairs.
The depos affected will be Weymouth and Bridport and the services X51/53.
Outbound
X51/X53 to continue along past Newlands Holiday Park and serve Georges Close stop then reverse into Bridge Street and continue back onto the A35 taking 2nd exit at Charmouth roundabout and continue normal route.
Inbound
X51/X53 same as above but in reverse.
Note: First Bus are unable to serve: St Andrews Church, Old Lyme Hill, Wood Farm in both directions.
