Lyme Regis Town Council are speaking to the local community about the projects and ideas we are hoping to implement from 2027 and beyond. We have some of our own ideas but we also want to hear your suggestions!

Drop-in sessions are taking place around town during July & August. The sessions will be publicised on our website and social media with the first session taking place at Woodmead Halls on 29th July between 1:30pm and 7:30pm so that everyone will have the opportunity to come and meet with councillors and staff and discuss the proposed ideas.

The last community consultation took place in 2023 and as a result have seen the following ideas implemented: Post Office, community bus service, seafront gardens gym equipment, MUGA, annual town event (Party in the Park), reduction in precept and a repairs café!

Understanding your thoughts and views on these objectives is extremely important to the council as it will help us to prioritise what we do. Your feedback will enable us to provide a better service to the town and ensure we are all working towards the same aims.

We can’t promise to deliver on every idea and some proposals will be restricted by funding and external factors, but your suggestions will help us make more informed decisions.

If you would like to complete the survey online you can do so here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/communityconversation26

If you would like a hard copy, they are available from the town council offices.

If you have any questions about the process or would like more information about any of the projects we're proposing, please contact us on 01297 445175 or enquiries@lymeregistowncouncil.gov.uk.

When the survey work is complete, we will share the results with you. Join the conversation today, shape our future!
